Online lesson terms

SARA offers live online music lessons. Choose your teacher, course, lesson duration and package before paying. Prices are displayed in Indian rupees (INR). Regular lessons are 45 or 60 minutes; an introductory trial is 30 minutes.

Packages are prepaid, with no automatic renewal. The validity shown at checkout starts when the package is activated after payment verification; a queued renewal starts after the current matching package finishes. Credits belong to the selected teacher, course and duration. Campus classes and practice-room benefits are separate.

The school arranges regular lesson times with you after purchase. A paid trial is confirmed for the selected available time after payment verification. Join using the Google Meet link provided for your booking.

Keep your login and joining links private. A parent or guardian should manage bookings and consent for a learner who is a minor.

Campus group packages & renewals

Monthly: 4 classes for ₹2,000. Quarterly: 12 classes for ₹5,700. Half-yearly: 24 classes for ₹10,800. Annual: 48 classes for ₹20,000. Monthly equivalents are for comparison; the full package fee is paid upfront with no automatic renewal.

New campus packages are valid for their calendar-month term plus 15 days from activation. Monthly and quarterly packages have no pause allowance. Half-yearly packages have 15 pause days; annual packages have 30. These allowances can be split across breaks, need no admin approval, and extend expiry by the days used. The school is notified. Classes, practice access and room benefits cannot be used during a pause. Existing packages retain their original terms. Extra validity does not add class credits.

Buying a renewal preserves your current package. A matching renewal waits until the current package is used up or expires; its validity starts when activated. Current and queued credits are shown separately. Online one-to-one renewals queue only behind matching teacher, course and duration packages and retain the validity displayed at checkout.

Each campus class credit comes with one 60-minute practice slot. Annual packages also include six 60-minute jam-room sessions and one 60-minute studio session, arranged with reception subject to availability and validity. Optional sound engineer services cost extra. Contact the school about campus cancellations or refunds; the online-package policy below applies to online purchases.

Credits are issued only after payment verification. A confirmation and payment receipt are emailed to the registered purchase email; a copy is available in the student dashboard. A payment receipt is not a GST tax invoice; contact the school for invoice requirements.

Refunds & cancellations

Regular online packages

Regular online packages are non-refundable. To reschedule a lesson, contact SARA at least 24 hours before its scheduled start. A new time must be arranged with the school and teacher, subject to availability and your package validity. Requests made later do not qualify for the standard rescheduling option.

Introductory trials

Your introductory trial is fully refundable if you are not satisfied. Request a refund through your booking page or contact SARA within 48 hours after the trial. This trial guarantee is separate from the regular-package policy.

Payment issues

If you believe you were charged twice, paid without receiving confirmation, or the school cannot provide your purchased service, contact SARA with your order reference so we can investigate. Any approved refund is processed through Cashfree to the original payment method; completion depends on the payment provider and bank. We will share the refund status or reference when available.
